24hStore is a new authorized Apple retailer.
24hStore Ho Chi Minh City has a special return policy when offering a lower retail price for original iPhones, iPads and MacBooks.
The store’s website announced that if customers find authentic Apple products from authorized retailers in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) at a lower price than the product purchased in the 24hStore, the department will refund the price. That is the difference. The price protection policy applies from 1.7.

The program applies to three product groups: Original VN/iPhone, iPad and MacBook with original seal, guarantee not activated, purchased directly from one of the 9 24hStores in Ho Chi Minh City. The product to be returned must be of the same type, brand and manufacturer that the customer purchased from 24hStore within 24 hours or at the time of the refund request.
The customer must return the original receipt of the purchased item within 24 hours. A receipt is only valid for one machine, no more than two machines; Get cashback for three orders or three machines in one month.
The customer must be the person named on the invoice. Equivalent products must include a full VAT invoice as provided. Representative product images and pricing information must be current at the time of the refund.

The store will not refund the difference if the proof of purchase is handwritten, erased, or has editing marks. Products purchased from an Apple Authorized Reseller or during clearance sales are eligible for limited stock, bundle purchases, member specials, or coupons…
A spokeswoman for the department said despite the risks, the program demonstrates its efforts to build customer confidence in quality and value.
